Title of presentation : “Maintenance 4.0 Technologies for Sustainability Manufacturing”

Abstract.
In the contemporary landscape of industry, the fusion of cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices has become imperative. This abstract delves into the realm of Maintenance 4.0, a paradigm that integrates advanced technologies into the maintenance processes of manufacturing facilities. The objective is not only to enhance operational efficiency and productivity but also to foster sustainability across the entire manufacturing ecosystem. Within this framework, the design and implementation of Maintenance 4.0 has gained popularity in literature. It aims to minimize downtime, optimize energy consumption, increase availability, utilization rate, and machine lifespan while ensuring environmental preservation and personnel safety. In this talk, I will delve into the transformative potential of Maintenance 4.0 technologies for sustainable manufacturing. We’ll explore how these cutting-edge advancements are revolutionizing traditional maintenance practices, paving the way for more efficient, reliable, and eco-conscious production processes. From predictive maintenance strategies driven by AI algorithms to the seamless integration of IoT sensors and Big Data Analytics, we’ll uncover how Maintenance 4.0 is not just a technological upgrade but a catalyst for environmental stewardship and long-term viability in the manufacturing sector.
